By registering for and attending the Cryofroz: AC Technical Excellence Training Program (the "Program"), the participant ("You") agrees to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("T&C").
Program Fees: You must pay the specified registration fee in full via the authorized payment link prior to the registration deadline to secure your spot.
Refund Policy: All fees paid are non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered solely at the discretion of Cryofroz only if the entire Program is cancelled by Cryofroz.
Program Rescheduling/Cancellation: Cryofroz reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the Program, or any individual session, due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer unavailability, technical issues). In case of cancellation by Cryofroz, a full refund will be processed, if applicable.
Attendance: No refunds or credits will be provided for your failure to attend any part of the Program sessions.
Ownership: All Program materials, including but not limited to presentations (PPTs), videos, guides, documents, assessments, and the Cryofroz logo (collectively, "Program Content"), are the exclusive intellectual property of Cryofroz or its licensed trainers.
Authorized Use: Program Content is provided solely for your personal educational use. You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, selling, or creating derivative works from the Program Content without the express written permission of Cryofroz.
Recording: The recording (audio or video) of any Program session by participants is strictly prohibited.
Delivery Platform: The Program will be delivered via an identified video conferencing platform (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet). You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary stable internet connection, hardware (computer/device), and software to access the Program.
Technical Support: Cryofroz will provide reasonable technical assistance for platform access, but assumes no liability for connectivity issues arising from your internet service or equipment.
Program Dates: The Program is scheduled for the first week of December. Specific session times will be communicated via the dedicated video link.
Certification Requirements: Certification of completion is awarded only to participants who successfully attend all required sessions and pass the final assessment (quizzes/assignments) as defined in the Program structure.
Disclaimer: The Program provides supplementary technical training. The certification issued by Cryofroz is a statement of successful completion of our training curriculum and is not a formal academic degree, diploma, or government-recognized qualification.
No Employment Guarantee: Cryofroz makes no warranties or guarantees regarding employment or career advancement as a result of completing this Program.
Cryofroz, its owners, trainers, and employees will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Program or your use of the Program Content. Your maximum liability shall not exceed the fee paid for the Program.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
